Here you will find all workshop materials (lectures and talk slides, exercises, solutions, etc). We will add them as they become available. Access to the materials will be granted to all participants and remain accessible after the workshop.

The CytoSim software can be downloaded from this link. The instructions for installation on Linux and Mac can be found here. If you have a Windows computer you can follow the Windows subsystem installation instructions.
